We are all captivated by the idea of makeovers and transformations because they give us confirmation that change is possible and can happen to us.

The three words that have been used over and over by the women I have photographed are empowered, beautiful and confident. There is a magic to the day they spend getting pampered and posed. Each of these women is beautiful with or without the hair and makeup but there is something that changes when they spend the day being their most amazing self.

Thank you to the women who allowed us to share their before and after photos to let others see they are the same as the rest of us, Moms, sisters, daughters, and best friends. They had a day created especially for them to feel special, pampered and beautiful.

And I also want to thank the wonderful Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists who spent time with these women ensuring they loved how they looked.
